Live TV caricatures
One of my career hilights has to be my recent appearance on Blue Peter, to draw the presenters and host a feature on caricatures, on LIVE national TV! I was given just 90 seconds to draw one presenter from a photo, while talking through some of my more famous subjects on display. I then talked the two presenters through a ‘draw off’ against each other, before carrying on with my drawing. I then presented the finished caricature in the last moments of the show (which was edited out for the clip they gave me below).
